Register Online

New and returning members are required to register online. We will be using the newest online HCRA waiver, courtesy of our friends at OHCRA.

This must be done electronically and completed before your first practice.

• If the registering member is under 18, a parent/guardian must sign the form/waiver.

• You name must be exactly as it appears on your drivers license or other official government-issued document

• Please make sure your Date of birth is NOT todays date, and it’s in full 4 digit year.

• Your signature will be captured with the use of your mouse or finger in the box provided.

Pre-Season (winter)

(Dec 14, 2024 – march 31, 2025)

Must complete Online Waivers above before registering for pre-season.

Pay Dues (Pre-Season)

To be eligible to race for the 2025 Pre-Season/winter races, your membership dues must be paid in full a week before the first race event participating in. Failure to pay dues will result in ineligibility to race.

Payments are accepted in Cash, checks (made out to “Hui Lanakila Canoe Club”), or by Venmo to @Kristi-Lowry-1. If you have any issues with payments and/or deadlines, please contact Kristi Lowry.

Regular Season

(APR – Oct)

Must complete Online Waivers above before registering for regular season.

Pay Dues (Regatta/Long-Distance)

To be eligible to race for the 2025 Regular Season, your membership dues must be paid in full by TBD, 2025, with $60 of the total due by TBD, 2025. Members also have a mandatory fundraising responsibility. Failure to pay dues will result in ineligibility to race. Paddlers joining only for Long-Distance Season will have separate dues and will be announced at a later date.

Payments are accepted in Cash, checks (made out to Hui Lanakila Canoe Club), or by Venmo to @Kristi-Lowry-1. Make sure to include your name and what the purchase is for in notes (i.e. membership, merchandise).

Dues paid after TBD, 2025, are non-refundable.

5. Fundraisers*

Members have mandatory fundraising responsibilities.
